Justin Phu Media supported Sizzler USA with their efforts to promote dining with Sizzler during Valentine’s Week/Day.
Sizzler USA is a national chain restaurant that focuses on true American Food “family-causal” dining. With one of their signature dishes being steak and lobster, it was a goal of Sizzler’s to bring this awareness to lovers around the nation to enjoy a quality meal at their dining establishment.
Sizzler’s core marketing focus is “broadening the base consumer without alienating the core”. Their core consumer has an age demo of 50+. They’d like to see younger, millennial consumers walk through their doors and enjoy their entrees. The challenge for JPM was to create an enticing social media campaign that was relevant and attractive to a younger demo and bring Sizzler into their evoked set.

We knew that the following would be beneficial to extend our client’s brand awareness and collect campaign entries.
We created and activated campaigns that included creating organic social posts, running social ads, activating an influencer collaboration and daily campaign management. Over an 11 day period our Valentine's campaign garnered over 240 entries. Through these efforts, we were able to inform and reach out to a younger demographic, gain engagement and following on Sizzler’s social platforms, and increase foot traffic to Sizzler locations.
